not stressful!
We appreciate the busy schedules of our clients and have designed the Towercorp process to be
as effortless as possible. We want the building of your new home to be exciting and easy, not a chore.
We make sure you have a single point of contact throughout the project so you know exactly who to talk to and who is managing your project.

Introduction Meeting
It all starts with building a trusting relationship. We spend time understanding what your goals are and what you need to achieve them. During this time, you can get to know us and explore our expertise and experience.
Planning & Designing
Whether you have your own plans ready to go, or would prefer help from our professional design team, we guide you through every step of the way. We help to make the selections upfront so your quote can include all the finishes you want.


Quote Proposal
We charge a small fee for our quotes, which is deductable from your deposit invoice, should you enter into contract with us. Our quotes are of high value as we provide a detailed description of costs involved to eliminate as much guessing as possible. We want our clients to have a clear idea of cost so they have an understanding of what to expect to achieve with their budget.
Contract and Deposit
Once we have an agreement on the construction drawings and tender price, we organise a time where all required documents are signed. Upon receiving the Home Owner's Warranty Insurance Certificate for your home, we will request payment of the deposit which is 10% of the contract price.


Approval
We prepare and submit all plans and documentation to council and all relevant regulatory service authorities on your behalf. Once your plans are approved, you will work with our consultants to choose all your fixtures and finishes.
The Building Process
Our team of professionals take the building of your home very seriously. We will have regular meetings with you during this time to make sure you are satisfied. Along this stage there will be a building milestones where we will submit progress claims for payment.


Practical Completion
In this phase you see your future home in the finishing stage, we conduct our quality checks to ensure the home is complete to our high standard. We also do a "practical completion walk through" with you. This is your opportunity to ensure you are completely satisfied with your new home.
Handover
You will be handed over the documentation and certificates for your project. If this is your brand-new custom home, you will also receive the keys.


Moving In
We take pride and stand by our finished product. You will have a 90 day maintenance period to address any details that may require attention. This will involve access to trades and suppliers to ensure your home is maintained well above your expected level.
